Pleasant Hill Railroad Days Participants

We have been monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus which has been a constantly changing situation. After discussion with the city we had been waiting till April 1st to see where the situation stood, but based on Cass County Health Department’s newest release of a 30 day stay home order along with other new changes, we have postponed the 5th Annual Pleasant Hill Railroad Days to a future date.

With that being said, we will apply all fees paid by vendors etc to the postponed date of April 23, 24, 25-2021.

If you were supposed to perform we will slot you for your original time, day and price. If you were a food vendor and already received your food permit please email me so I can pass on info from the health department.
Sorry for any inconvenience but please know we evaluated the situation carefully and must look at the event overall and consider several aspects of it along with recommendations from city, state and federal levels.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at phillrailroaddays@yahoo.com and again please mark the postponed date of April 23, 24, 25-2021, for 5th Annual Pleasant Hill Railroad Days on your calendar. We will start advertising vendors in the early fall and will be in contact with revised applications etc as well.

Thanks

Pleasant Hill Historical Society

They are the host for Railroad Days. This is one of the major fundraisers they have. The Historical Society and Museum is not city funded so this fundraiser along with our yearly golf tournament help to fund and maintain the museum. If you ever want to learn more about not just Pleasant Hill but Cass County this is the place to look. They also have a very unique and full of artifacts museum. This fundraiser is also to help bring people to downtown Pleasant Hill to show them what other businesses we offer as well. This event has several components that make it a very enjoyable weekend from train sets and displays, live music, vendors, food trucks, Missouri Free Trappers providing teepees and reenacting and so much more and the best part its all free to attend!
